I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Robertson and his entire staff. From my very first consultation, I was impressed by how knowledgeable, patient, and professional everyone was. I had a deep plane facelift along with upper and lower blepharoplasty. I am so happy with the results. I finally have a defined jawline at the age of 55. The best part are the compliments I am getting. People notice something more refreshed about my appearance but can't pin it down which is what I wanted - to not look like I had a facelift. Instead, they say my skin looks so good, or I don't look so tired, or did I get a new style of a haircut. In short, all the compliments notice a remarkably younger me. Dr. Robertson and his team have continued to be exceptional weeks after my surgery. They are genuinely invested in my recovery and satisfaction. I started to use their skin products and they are the best I have tried - even surpassing more expensive products like La Mer. This has been nothing short of a first rate experience working with everyone at the clinic.

Going through perimenapause, I started losing my skin elasticity, seeing the signs of jowls and sinking jawline, and just started looking tired. This is when I started looking into a mini facelift and an upper blepharoplasty. At 44, I was really nervous as I didn't want to look much different or overpulled; I just wanted to look natural, refreshed and rested. And I wanted to have my younger clean jawline back. I had consultations with several doctors. I chose Dr. Robertson and cannot be happier with the results! Dr. Robertson explained the procedures thoroughly, made me feel very comfortable before and after the surgery, called after the surgery to check in, made himself available to answer any questions I had at any time of the day. The center is very clean, his staff are very kind and friendly. I have very high expectations of my doctors and service providers. Dr Robertson and his team have exceeded them. I look beautiful and cannot be happier with the results!

I had one HALO treatment with Bao. She is so friendly and caring. She explained everything in detail and let me know at all times where we were at in the procedure. Dr. Robertson and all the staff I've met are just wonderful. They're professional, compassionate, caring and supportive. I had a mini facelift done in June and lip filler in August. I'm extremely happy with both. The results of the lift have changed my self image and outlook. I was given a bagful of Obagi skin care products and they are the best I've ever had.
