Save yourself the time and headache. I have been a loyal customer since the east side location.. have spent thousands of dollars only to be ignored after they made a scheduling mistake and tried to charge me for missing an appointment. I have all the messages stating the day I asked to schedule the appointment and that they agreed on. Stacey does not care about his clients its all about the money.. I will be handing over all documents I have to the BBB.

I had a great experience at Total Body Laser. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and affordable. I definitely recommend them for tattoo and skin tag removal.

I went in for an acne laser aviclear treatment and it didn't work and made my skin super dry and made me break out a lot and i'm still breaking out after two years post treatment. I do not recommend this place and they scammed me out of 3,000 dollars for a treatment that didn't help and made my skin worse, my skin is getting better after using skincare but the treatment made my skin permanently dry which I can't change and my skin is still breaking out. My skin is still dry after the two years and I wish I never got the treatment done. They don't call me back after I explained to them the situation and they tell me that they would call back after talking to the doctor but they never do, do not go to this place, you will regret it and they'll make your skin worse and scam you out of money.

I have loved my experience with Helaina. She is very personable, and informative about everything she does. If I ever have had an issue with rescheduling she can always accommodate. My drive to get here is an hour. I would never go anywhere else. I have never been great about doing a skin care routine, Helaina has given me a lot of advice on products and the importance of taking care of my skin. I was a bit skeptical about doing the Picofocus laser on my face as I thought it could never work. I and my friends and family have noticed a difference in my skin. Thanks Helaina!!!!!

This is a fabulous all purpose salon and spa! Mallory has been doing my hair for years and we have experimented almost every style! She is great with reds, browns, balayages, women's cut, and curly hair! This girl knows how to work magic, and she is super outgoing and fun! The staff are amazing and very welcoming. Perfect place to pamper yourself with new hair, nails, a facial, and even a massage!
