The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. My Dental cleaning was an unexpected addition .Hygienist Hannah did an awesome job. My teeth and gums feel clean and much better!! Thankyou so much for the great service and unexpected extras. Im looking forward to my next appointment!!

I am a new patient at more smiles. I’ve been twice now, when I tell you absolutely go here I mean it! I switched from familia dental and they made an absolute MESS of my mouth. My last appointment with familia dental I was told I “might have 2-3 cavities”. I actually have 9 teeth that need work on and 2 decaying due to them not properly bonding my fillings leading me to having to get root canals. Today I got a pulpotomy (where they remove partial of my nerves, they removed about 70-80% of my nerves today) I walked in terrified of the pain. They made me feel so incredibly comfortable, held my hand while I got shots (which it didn’t even hurt really it was all anxiety and trauma from my previous dentist), made me laugh, checked in on me constantly, and just overall the experience was by far the best I’ve ever ever had in a dentist. I walked out extremely happy. Thank goodness for more smiles.

Grateful for this place. I've interacted with multiple assistants, hygienists, and dentists here and they have ALL been lovely. Cozy small talk to keep the mind occupied and oh so gentle. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES!!

Hannah is amazingly thorough, gentle, and professional. She made the entire visit comfortable, and my teeth feel incredible. I truly appreciate her attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. My daughter had been in an accident earlier in the morning. She is fine, however, she took some damage to her front teeth which required immediate attention. We went to a walk in clinic an hour prior to visiting where they literally shoved some type of putty and sent her away and it chipped off 10 minutes after we left. I called More Smiles and told them what happened and they got us in right away. LorraLee and Dr. Zhu took such good care of us. They both stayed after hours to ensured her teeth looked good. They explained everything and rebuilt her teeth for her that day and had a follow up procedure scheduled for the next morning. We were shown nothing but kindness, compassion, and a professional attitude. I’m so grateful to them. I literally wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else if you are looking for a dentist in the Madison area and it only takes 5 seconds of meeting the staff and Dentist to understand why.
