We had a wonderful experience at Bright Dental! When we first arrived, Rosie welcomed us and was a huge help with figuring out our insurance. We forgot to bring our card and she was still able to help us verify all we needed. When we were sat, Ebony gave us the remote for the TV to choose whatever we would like in the background while she did xrays. She was a great conversationalist, very funny and enjoyable to be around. Dr Nik was really great, and professional too. He did the exam and went over the treatment plan making sure we understood everything. We got our cleaning and left happy. Thank you to all the staff for a great dental visit!

I honestly can't believe I'm saying this about a dentist visit, but I had a fantastic time at Bright Dental! I came in needing a bunch of cavities filled and was pretty nervous. But Dr. Dang G. and his assistant, Elza, were just incredible. ​Dr. Dang is hilarious and had me laughing the whole time, which made a potentially stressful appointment feel completely relaxed and easy. He and Elza work so well together, and you can tell they're pros who really care about their patients. ​The whole staff is amazing. When I nervously asked how many cavities I had, they were so kind. They told me not to worry about the number and that their job was to get everything fixed up for me. It was a small thing, but it showed how much they focus on making you feel comfortable. ​To top it off, paying was totally painless. They handled my Forward Health insurance without any issues, and everything was covered. ​If you're looking for a dentist who is not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and compassionate, you have to go here. I can't recommend them enough!

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I went in as a new patient about a month ago and discovered I needed quite a bit of work. The hygienists and Dr are all very kind and made sure I was well informed. This last appointment is why I’m making this review. I needed filings done on the front of my teeth. Obviously this made me nervous being my smile and confidence could drastically be impacted if things did not go well. I am so pleasantly surprised! You can not tell at all that there is a filling. And I was numbed up so well I did not feel a single thing. The only “downfall” I’ve discovered is sometimes there is a wait. However, now that I’m aware of this I just plan it into my time and appointment. I personally believe this is due to limited staff, the work being done, and the amount of people they are serving. That being said, not once have I ever felt my work was rushed or made to feel bad I need work at all. If anything I was reassured they had plenty of time for me and thanked for my patience. Well, I had previously bad experiences on the wait time in waiting room, but now they have amazingly improved on this. Recently I had two appointments for filling related. In first appointment, I was called inside 15 minutes before my scheduled time. I was very happy. Also the procedure done by Dr. Nikhiles was great. Attending nurse and other his team members were really good and very nice to me. Hygiene was pretty much as expected. I must mention about the front desk lady Ms. Rosy, she was very welcoming and extremely nice to me. I am confident that I can put 5 * up to now what I experienced so far with Bright Dental in - Mineral point, Madison.

My third Cleaning appointment ( the second one I had to reschedule over an hour or so wait ) the service once they get to you is good . The wait time is about 2 hours after arriving earlier and part of that I waited in dental chair about an hour ,The same story we only have one dentist .Two hours and 30 minutes for cleaning .They do not tell you it going to be long wait but u get a call day before asking you to be on time and when I was waiting in chair I got a text from them asking to fill out paper work that was done previously . When ,I finally got Dr.Dang for deep cleaning which is covered by insurance he tells me that it would be $ 75.00 for the cleaning and I informed him " to call my insurance" and it was covered . I think that should be checked before . . I do want to mention to Bright spots at bright dental - Chanice an assistant and especially Elza . Elza is great asset to the office her interpersonal skills are great and she really cares and the only reason I stayed this time . Its my understanding she leaving for different opportunity and that place would have a Void . She would be truly missed .
