I had a great first visit at Dental Health Associates. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the whole process felt very organized. Amanda took the X-rays and photos and made everything comfortable and easy. Dr. Jim Sands was thorough and explained my dental health clearly without pushing unnecessary procedures. I hadn’t had a cleaning in several years, but the team handled it smoothly and made the experience much better than expected. I appreciated the honest advice and coordination with my orthodontist. Overall a very positive experience.

Everyone at this location, from the deal staff, hygienists, and doctors are phenomenal. Dr. Catherine Brumm is hands-down the most compassionate and non-judgmental dentist I’ve ever worked with. She takes a truly collaborative approach, listening carefully and creating innovative, personalized solutions that actually fit your budget. She’s helped me make the most of my insurance and always meets me where I’m at—no pressure, just real care. If you’ve ever had a bad experience with dentistry, she will change the game for you. I have been here twice and both were terrible. They always want to up sell by telling me that I need deep cleaning and refuse to do general cleaning even I requested. Most insurance don’t cover deep cleaning and I’ll have to pay out of pocket for $1400. They always need 2 appointments: 1 for exam and 1 for cleaning, if they ever agree to do cleaning at all. They want to double charge my insurance. For other dental offices, you only need to come once, and they’ll do exam and cleaning for you, same day, no need to visit the second time, and your insurance is only billed once.

Becky and Dr. Mueller were great! They really listened to my concerns and showed me and taught me what was going on with my teeth. Very friendly and professional! Highly recommend!!
