I had an excellent experience at 608 dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Tom was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. This was by far one of the best dental experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend Dr. Tom and his team to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Best dental experience of my life! The receptionist, the assistant, hygienist, and dentist were amazing! Completely non judgemental regarding my lack of dental care due to trauma. In fact, Dr. Drake made me feel really good about my smile. Excellent communication regarding my care plan! Prices are very reasonable, as well. I'm so grateful I found 608 Family Dental! You all made my anxiety melt, and I am so excited about finally getting my teeth fixed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I gave this dental practice a chance based off the reviews, which are incredibly misleading. I communicated with their office regarding an insurance change well in advance and was not told they needed the insurance information prior to my next visit. When I showed up to the next visit I was blindsided and asked to pay $900 upfront because my insurance was out of network so I told them they could cancel the appointment. At my initial visit, I was also out of network and not expected to pay anything upfront for an exam, x-rays, etc. I was accused of canceling several appointments within a 24 hour notice, which is not accurate. I canceled one. They seem to only be concerned about making money and not the general well being of their patients. My appointments were canceled due to influenza and complications of bronchospasms that caused a frequent cough; something that you would think they would want to reschedule for safety reasons prior to a scaling and root planing appointment lasting 1-2 hours and to keep their staff and other members healthy. They offered me same day appointments moving forward which isn’t an option for me considering I’m a healthcare provider. My first visit was all about what they could sell; Invisalign, teeth whitening, scaling and root planing, etc. At this visit, they also kept having complications getting my x-rays so kept having to re-do them causing an unnecessary exposure to radiation. There were several oversights and inconsistencies in the care and professionalism I received and I hope they make permanent quality improvements for their future patients.

Best dentist office in Sun prairie, hands down. Went in, Tish in the front was great. Christine was friendly and warm. Jenny ( hygienic specialist) was very nice. Lauri was my cleaning specialist, professional and very friendly. Gwen assisted with her knowledge on the technical aspects of the machinery. Dr. Drake is humble, bright with the best interest of me ( as a patient) in mind, made a great treatment plan and I am grateful and happy with my experience. I recommend 608 dental family for anyone.
