Dental Health Associates - East Clinic

Unbelievable. I have been a patient here since I was a child, had always loved it here. In adulthood, I was offered a job at one of DHA's other clinics and thus had a cleaning performed while working at the other clinic. Now, having moved and being closer again to the east clinic, I call and am told I am not allowed to switch back to the east clinic because DHA has a strict rule of switching only once and that I have to make an appointment at the other clinic I went to ONCE, which is now an hour away from where my husband and I live. Never once was I made aware of this, never once was any sort of form signed in regards to this, etc. Again, I have been a patient of this clinic almost my entire life, and I am now being told they'll have the office manager give me a call to discuss further... this is insane. This is dental care?

Sarah, my dental hygienist, is great. She cleans my teeth quickly and is very friendly. I like her calm manner. No cavities or other new problems, due in part I am sure to her efforts and that of Dr Kroll!

I received a text message at 1:04 am Sunday asking to answer yes or no if I would be at my appointment today (Tuesday). 1:04am!!! I had already confirmed the appointment 2 days before!! My 96 year-old mother had an appointment at the same time as me today.. she was left in the room by herself…she got really upset because she has dementia and she didn’t know why she was by herself in a strange place. 😳😳😳

Not only was everyone pleasant at this facility. They were also extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was at ease the moment I meant my dental hygienist and my dentist. I highly recommend them.

Excellent, thorough check and cleaning from technician followed by a consultation/check by my dentist. I've had appointments with other technicians and feel they were thorough as well. The 3 dentists I've had in the more than 15 years with them have all been excellent. Highly recommend DHA-East.
