Excellent experience. Rooming was prompt and on time. The techs who took my x-ray were pleasant and patient. Very short wait to see the doctor, who was courteous, prepared, very knowledgeable, and explained the procedure well. The extraction procedure was performed with skill and only minor pain. He kept me well informed throughout. Post procedure instructions were straightforward and thorough. He recommended OTC meds for pain relief, but also offered me a narcotic pill if I wanted it. Check out was quick and friendly, with no surprises on the bill. They take credit cards, without a surcharge. After I got home, I had moderate pain for about 2 hours after the anesthetic wore off. After that the discomfort was very tolerable with just tylenol. I will be glad to return to this practice for further care at a later date and would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was efficient, professional, and extremely well organized. The pre check-in system and educational videos were especially helpful, they answered many of my questions ahead of time and made me feel prepared and confident going into the procedure. On the day of surgery, everything ran smoothly. The team was respectful of my time, clearly communicated expectations, and created a calm, reassuring environment. Connie did a fantastic job keeping me comfortable and well informed throughout the process. Her attentiveness and clear communication made a big difference. Dr. Lorge is truly as good as it gets. His professionalism, skill, and confidence were evident throughout the entire experience. I felt completely comfortable in his care. I’m very grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.

This is a top-notch facility in every sense of the word. The technology is state-of-the-art and the office is impressive. But what matters most are the people. Dr. Hoyer had every aspect of my procedure thoroughly prepared and modeled before I got there, and so my actual time in the chair was remarkably easy with a minimum of discomfort during as well as after the procedure. The technicians were also equally competent and professional. I have had to see a number of oral surgeons over the years, and Dr. Hoyer and his team were by far my best experience. Aside from all that, they're just really nice people; they make sure that you understand everything, they put you at ease, and they genuinely care about you and your health. Highly recommended.

Genuinely could not imagine a better experience for my wife, who had a tooth extracted. Scheduling was quick and easy, waiting room is comfortable, staff was phenomenal. Dr. Hauge and Jen were extremely professional, empathetic, and calming. Follow-up visit was quickly scheduled and addressed all concerns. Easily 5/5. Highly recommended. It's natural to be nervous, but these guys are awesome.
