First Choice Dental- Sun Prairie North

My technician Jen was very kind, thorough, and fun to talk to. My doctor was very friendly, gentle and answered all my questions! The front desk ladies were great and very approachable. My whole experience was wonderful and I am happy that this is going to be our new dental office for years to come!

Regarding My initial dental appointment, It was a cake walk for me. Megan did a fantastic job by being patient and sensitive while caring for my teeth. Dr. Matev explained the corrections that were needed. He was very clear and professional in his description to the point of taking pictures and displaying them on a Monitor screen so I was able to understand. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend First Choice Dental Sun Prairie North for your dental needs.

Megan did a great job cleaning my teeth! I lost a root canal / crown tooth a couple months ago which is not ideal and wasn’t sure of the next steps. Dr Budi sat down and took the time to explain the benefits of an implant. I really appreciate his time and we always joke around which is an added perk. Heather and Shanna at the desk - gosh I hope I have their names right- are so caring and thorough with everything. They helped me make lots of appointments and check my benefits. After moving to the area, I got lucky to find this dental practice. From the get-go they've all been incredibly kind and professional and I was able to get all the answers I needed. This included questions during my check up and looking into getting answers in regards to insurance and final costs. They are first rate in care and service all the way around.

I have had a great experience with first choice dental. The staff is very helpful and understanding. They helped me understand my insurance coverage. I felt very comfortable talking to the staff. My last place made me feel like a number. The staff really makes you feel like they care about you getting the most of your coverage, im having a tooth extracted tomorrow and I feel good about it, " usually im worried" My appointment was a few weeks out. There was a cancelation and they called me right away, very happy about that.
