McKinney Dental of North Madison

I have been a patient of McKinney Dental for some years now, and have restored several crowns and received some implants. Everything about the office is uniformly professional. Every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly and skilled at their particular job. Dr. McKinney clearly cares about his patients, and has skills honed through his years of practice. I would recommend him without reservation.

I found all of the staff to be very friendly and willing to engage in conversation. They don't seem to have the attitude that we should hurry up and get the job done. I always feel that it's a good thing when I can visit McKinney dental.

Becoming a new patient here was very easy to do. The office is nice and feels tight knit. I did not have current x-rays so that was a priority. The hygienist taking them made sure it was known how many were needed and why. The images were then examined quickly and explained to me thoroughly. I had a good understanding of what I was looking at and what decision to make after seeing them. The differences in price between two options of fillings were laid out plainly to see and pick from. I appreciated it even though there was a small difference between the two, it was clearly laid out. It was then easy to set up my next appointment to be seen again soon. I feel better being back on a good track after my intake. Thanks to all the staff at the office of McKinney Dental.

The staff are very professional and the office is exceptionally clean. Dr Dan took time to listen to my concerns. And his billing office staff were great in terms of making sure everything was going to be covered. No surprise bills.

It’s always a pleasure to get my Dental work done at this office. Doctor McKinney and all of the staff are friendly and professional. Treatment is performed efficiently and explained for the patient. Besides that we’ve been going to this clinic for several decades, and have never been disappointed.
