First Choice Dental- Madison East

I just moved to WI a week ago. Researched online for a dentist. I found First Choice Dental and was able to get an appointment on the same day. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions. I was greeted by my hygienist Kesley, she was amazing. She explained everything before she started my examination and cleaning. I was very impressed with the technology of the equipment at the office. Dr Austin came in and explained in detail what he sees and how he can fix it. I am very happy with my choice of dentist in my new home state of WI.

I have been going to First Choice Dental on the Eastside for 5 years. They constantly keep up on improving their customer service- which they do a great job with. Dr. Austin, and Jarin are consistently helpful, and take the time to listen to my concerns, while treating them in a timely manner. Cleanings can be done in 30 minutes! Highly recommend Dr. Austin! I used to have Julie as my hygienist, but since she retired, I have just been bopping around. She was the reason I stayed with First Choice. Everyone I've seen has been great, but who I am working with now, Ashley, is just fantastic! She takes great care of me and is so genuine and personable. Like the movie As Good as it Gets, "she makes me want to take care of my teeth better", lol! Dr. Austin is also great! He remembers the care he gives and is also so genuine. I always recommend First Choice and will continue to do so. From the moment you check in, to you walking out the door, every interaction is based in kindness. As some one from the CS industry, I appreciate all you do. This kind of culture only comes from the top down and is seen. Thank you for all your care!

This was supposed to be a quick shout-out and thank you to Dr. Austin, (aka Dr. Schopbach), and the folks that are part of his practice- First Choice Dental, on East Washington St., in Madison. This, however, will be a bit longer. In my experience, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness aren't words I have previously associated with dental offices but they are the very foundation of First Choice. Dr. Austin himself is not just an astoundingly well educated dentist, he's caring and he may be the most patient listener I have ever encountered in a professional setting. And if that's not good enough, he's assisted by an exceptional technician, DJ, who himself is generous, competent, and extremely thoughtful. What makes First Choice Dental stand out though, is that you don't deal with just one person- you get an entire team. The dentists here are friends with one another, their technicians support everyone, and If you get lucky, you may even get to meet Felicia, who is such a skilled technician, she may be from another planet. The secret sauce?- DeAnna, the office manager. She's the Queen of Calm, brilliant, incredibly empathic, and on top of all that, she's an excellent singer; (this last part will certanly get me in trouble but it happens to be true...) If this sounds like a rave review, it is- my entire life I have absolutely dreaded going to the dentist but I don't now, and THAT is a genuine miracle.
