I recommend this group and Dr Wray. He listens, he also does not bully you into services that can get pricy. He gives you options and he let's you make the decision. If it is something that he is a little worried about, he will let you know. He also will give you options but he will give you all the info so you can make an informed decision.

Excellent care from Dr. Wray and his crew! His office is lovely, calm, and a excellent representation of the care he provides. My daughter was referred to his office by her pediatrician. We got in within about a month for the first visit and then came in four or five times total. Dr Wray was kind, really worked with us to find a solution, and never acted hurried or like we were wasting his time. I highly recommend Dr Wray's office to all our friends and family in need of a dermatologist!

I have seen Dr. Irene Bayer for 6 months. She is so wonderful and helpful. The entire staff is so helpful, dealing with prescription and insurance problems I always felt they had my back. I thank them all so very much.

I see Irene at Dermatology Clinic of Spokane. She is an incredibly intelligent and compassionate provider! I came here in distress with horrible skin disease on my hands and feet causing my quality of life to be severely impacted. I had been misdiagnosed and treated with creams that were not working for years by other providers. I didn’t have much hope at that point. Irene was able to diagnose eczema and work with my insurance for proper approvals to get me on the newest systemic treatment. I am now healed and living my best life! I no longer have to hide my skin and live in pain and discomfort. I highly recommend this practice.

This doctor, and his staff are great. Empathy can be missing often. Not at this clinic! And the skill and bedside manner of this doctor is off the charts. While able to see the situation from the patient’s perspective, his skill (I’ve had many maladies requiring a dermatologist) was remarkable. I spend considerable time out of state, but I’ll fly back to continue to be under his care. Six stars!
