Pure Infusion Suites of Spokane

I will admit that a few years ago I was not happy about having to start doing from semi annual infusions somewhere new, but I am SO GLAD, HAPPY-HAPPY-JOY-JOY OVER THE MOON pleased with the change!! Their team is absolutely amazing!! Everyone there treats you with do much respect and kindness. They have great personalities and are just a pleasure to be around even when you're not feeling the best. My husband and I just love being around them as we're there for several hours.

What an amazing place with such caring and efficient staff and nurses. We had the best experience as the most attentive nurse Nicole took care of us. Luxurious, caring, welcoming. A huge shout out to Katie, who helped us through the maze of insurance, scheduling and all the while comforting us. She knew us the moment we walked in. I just can't thank her enough for being an angel. Thank you so much you all - you make a huge difference.

Definitely one of the best infusion centers I have been to! I loved how personable they are . The rooms are private and very comfortable. Was awesome how they have like an open snack/drinks bar . I have a huge fear of needles and they made it pain free for me and made the whole experience very enjoyable! Love it here ! Plus the staff is sooo sweet !!!

I felt so welcome and like I was a celebrity!! Complimentary drinks (non-alcoholic of course), a plethora of snacks, streaming services and a comfy room with a view and a couch and chair. Staff were extremely kind and I felt comfortable and pleased with my treatment.

Front desk staff are very helpful. They greet you immediately upon entering. Facility is clean and comfortable. Love the private rooms, drinks and snacks. Nurse administering infusion was very thorough regarding my current health and labs, providing information about calcium and vitamin D levels and why they are so important to maintain.
