Dr. Van Buren has been such a blessing in helping my son out with his nose bleeds! 🙏♥️ As an amateur boxer getting punched in the face doesn't guarantee not getting a nose bleed, but Dr. Van Buren has helped eliminate the nose bleeds to a very minimal. Thank you!!!

Everyone was so nice. Smiled. Was glad to be at work. Dr Geoffrey Julian was great. Set and listened to me. Was not in a hurry. I didn't feel rush. Gave me great advice. Went in for sinus problems and told him about my ears hurt and had wax in on. Automatically got up cleaned my ears out. Told other doctor and they just told me home way to do it or make another appointment for them to do it. Answered every question I had. Thank you Dr. Julian for a great experience.

I have been a patient at Spokane Valley ENT for about 20 months. Everyone is personable and competent. I had been a patient at Providence ENT at Cataldo and on Mission in Spokane Valley and Spokane Valley Allergy and Asthma. I am so much happier at Spokane Valley ENT!

This office discriminates against disabled people, double books appointments; then blames and dismisses patients in dire need of care. Then, in addition, holds a petty grudge 11 years later, denying service based upon lack of compassion, laziness, and apathy that NO patiwnt deserves. The last review disappeared....we will see what happens with this one. It's clear and obvious after reading the 1 star reviews, that I'm not the only patient whose been mistreated and dismissed. Entitled doctors "leaving early" for the day when they have scheduled appointments...wow. If you do not like your job, and choose to be sub par at the expense of another human being's health....you do NOT belong in Healthcare. These reviews reveal a lot, and it's disgusting and absolutely unacceptable.

My experience was pleasant. They were on time, my appt was at 3 and I was seeing the audiologist at 3. The office is clean and orderly. People were nice. 5 stars!!
