Someone had said they liked Yaya's Foot Lounge so I booked a MFR session with Jill Brecht. She canceled the day of our first appt due to migraine. I was sympathetic and said I understood. She then texted later to reschedule and I booked an appt for two days later. Just an hour and a half before that appt she canceled again saying she had too much to do before going on her trip. This was very unprofessional and wasted my time. I'm in pain and needed at appt & now I have to find someone else. I would not recommend her as she is very unreliable and unprofessional.

Jill is absolutely phenomenal. The MFR process is unique but it feels like it helps in ways that massage, physical therapy, yoga, or anything else has. I highly, highly recommend her, and all the people I have referred to her have also loved her. If you're wondering if you want to see her, make the leap. You will not regret it!

Jill is AMAZING! Not only were her hands magic at getting to the spots on my feet and legs that really needed extra attention, but the atmosphere and inviting welcome when you first walk in make you feel safe and secure enough to relax immediately. This dear woman and I connected over life events immediately, and she held space for me as I got emotional in her chair (and even shed a tear or two with me ❤️). Thank you for the incredible experience and the hour I got to give myself when I really needed it the most. I will definitely be back!

I first met Jill after a motor vehicle accident. We flew over the freeway traveling 70 mph. I hurt everywhere, and had a head injury as well. When I walked in to my physical therapist's office I was told I was going to see someone new. It was Jill. What a Godsend! After my first visit I stood up and noticed I was no longer "pigeon toed" I was in my 60s, and have never walked straight. NEVER. She was better than anyone I had ever seen, and my pain started going down. She is caring, knowledgeable, and she knows her stuff. I walked in one day, and Jill was gone. I never went back to this physical therapist, because if Jill was gone, there was no reason to continue. I spent 4 months looking for her. I have not been to Yaya's yet, and I will be making an appointment. Just know that while your feet will certainly be happy, there is so much more this amazing practitioner can do

Jill is a miracle worker! I deal with a lot of soft tissue injuries due to a connective tissue disorder, many of which have stumped doctors and physical therapists. The biggest issue has been my spine and pelvis being out of alignment, which causes lots of other issues. But with Jill’s expertise, my alignment and pain has improved dramatically. Definitely give her a try if traditional doctors and PT’s aren’t working for you.
