I’ve been coming here for years & I have always been more than satisfied with the services. Elly always does a great job with brow threading, leaving me with the perfect brow shape each time. I will always choose to come here for my brows every time over anywhere else! Everyone is very kind here, I would definitely recommend!

I had a very special trip to Hawaii for my 60th birthday coming up and I did not want to worry about makeup so I came in for a brow threading and tint, and a lash lift and tint. Guys, it came out so fabulous! Special shout out to Anna lee who did my lashes (and who will do them for a long time to come I hope). My lashes are very light, and scraggly and not easy to work with and she made them look like a million bucks. Loved the brow gal as well, and I apologize because I cannot remember her name. It is interesting to find this place because you have to go inside Auntie's bookstore and then to the back of the store and up the stairs, but it is worth the climb! They also have great deals on packages so you can save a bit there which is why I was able to go back last month and do it again! I am saving up for a spring break refresh! I highly recommend them!!

Wanted to wait a week before leaving a review. Unfortunately, Stephanie did my lash lift and tint and my lashes were barely curled at the end of it. I was pretty disappointed but I figured it couldn’t be that bad if they at least stayed barely curled. A week later they look the same as before the lash lift. The tint also ran when I washed my face two days later which has never happened before and smelled very strongly. I’ve had dozens of lash lifts before so I do know what they are supposed to look like and it is not this. I’m gonna leave two stars because I at least used a Groupon and didn’t have to pay full price thank goodness!

LOVE this place! It feels laid back but you are in very competent hands. Elly and Stephanie are both fantastic at skincare. Elly is a brow wizard. Cute spot all around. 10/10.

I've been going to The Fix since it opened and absolutely love going there for facials, products, and other skin cares services they provide. I love Elly, Stefanie, and the angel-handed AnnaLee! Thank you for helping me take care of my aging face! Five stars times infinity.
