Dr. Wheeler is very thorough in the consultation. He brought up considerations I hadn’t thought of and gives you options with likely outcomes. Surgery day was not long and drawn out, so I appreciated that since I was nervous. The recovery room was very comfortable and nicely done. They thought of everything. I had excellent care there, as well as in my post op appointments. I have great results and it’s better than I expected!

I’ve waited nearly 2 years (August of 2023) before writing a review, just to make sure I gave myself plenty of time to heal and swelling to subside. I am extremely, extremely unhappy with the results of my rhinoplasty. My results at 6 weeks looked fantastic, as far as the shape, however I was still upset that I was left with a scar on the bridge of my nose, which wasn’t there before and I was hoping it would fade with time. Now almost 2 years later, the scar is still there, and my nose seems to have reverted back to the original shape. There is no definition, it looks NOTHING like my six week photos, and nothing like what I had envisioned or talked to Dr. Wheeler about at my consultation. Every issue I had to begin with (large tip, no shape) is present again now. At the three month mark, my nose seemed to be going “backwards”, and the shape seemed to be less defined/more swollen than at the 6 week mark. I was also experiencing a constant runny/stuffy nose. So, I contacted the office, showed them photos and shared my concern. The nurse or whomever I messaged with said it did look concerning and that I should expect the swelling to decrease and the results to continue improving as time went on, she suggested I come in to see Dr. Wheeler. At this follow up appointment with Dr. Wheeler, he said he was happy with my results and proud of his work. I felt like my concerns were minimized, and I was told to just “give it time”. I could take Flonase or Afrin for potential congestion. It was basically implied that I was wasting their time to even have come in. Two years later and it looks even worse than it did at the three-four month mark. I’ve grown increasingly unhappy with the appearance. Comparing photos from pre-op to now, there is almost no difference, unless you’re counting the scar I didn’t have before. At my initial cast removal, I was given no follow up care instructions, and I to ask what I needed to do. I don’t know if it was the surgery techniques, or the lack of any follow-up care that left me with poor results, but I was told nose taping wasn’t necessary, (I asked when he didn’t bring it up, because I assumed it was a part of all rhinoplasty recovery) and when I brought up my concerns at a subsequent appointment the only solution was Flonase or Afrin. I don’t know if steroid shots were needed, if it’s scar tissue build up or what exactly went so terribly wrong but at this point I’m 12k out to have the same nose shape I had before. This was something I had wanted for over 15 years, and it’s been an extremely disappointing experience.

The best!!! Total confidence from the get go! A nurse that I met, not affiliated , went thru her own experience with him, when asking for advice, recommended Dr. Wheeler and his clinic. No regrets! After many consults regarding my situation, in which he was so patient and informative, I felt confident. No disappointment! His staff, co workers , top notch! Still in follow up and I am so happy, grateful and thankful that we met this fabulous, personable , extremely skilled surgeon. What ever your wants or needs are, Dr . Wheeler will be honest, and inform you, and make you feel like a priority and cared for throughout your journey. So grateful. Thank you team Plastic Surgery Northwest. It’s not always about cosmetics, but now I am looking forward to that option too!

Dr. Wheeler Exceeded my expectations! His work in my opinion is perfect, definitely a true talented artist! Dr. Wheeler did my lower body lift, scar revision from previous tummy tuck, liposuction to flanks, fat transfer to my butt. Dr Wheeler is absolutely the best of the best! He truly is an artist and made my dream body come true. I had a mommy makeover on 5/19/22. I'm now 3 days post op and loving my results already. The staff at plastic surgery northwest are wonderful and very welcoming. All around I had a really great experience and have the body I've always wanted❤
