LaserMaxx Spokane

After at least 25 years since I last played at the site, I took my kids to LaserMaxx (Spokane location) on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026. The layout—both lobby and the maze—hadn’t seemed to change since the late 1990s and I mean that in the most respectful and endearing way…because it is still the best laser tag game I have ever played! Just like when it was Laser Quest and I was a pre-teen, the experience is incredible. From choosing your “trooper” name to the briefing to the actual game to receiving your printout at the end, they have things down to a science. The 15 minutes we spent in the maze on Jan. 17 was so fun and to do it with my kids was the cherry on top. They were already asking if we could go play again by the time we reached the car. At $9.50 per game, the value is a bargain compared to other entertainment options. It is just the perfect mix of fun, competition, and strategy. The equipment is top-notch, the multi-level maze generates fun game play, and the staff was polite/knowledgeable. If there is one critique, the location in terms of where it sits in downtown Spokane can be a little rough at times. But I absolutely recommend LaserMaxx and can’t wait to return! 👏🏼

This is the best laser tag arena I’ve ever been to. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. I had a group of about 10 young boys scheduled to play laser tag, and about 30 minutes before our reservation, I received a text from the owner letting me know their computer system was down and we might not be able to play. When we arrived, the system was still down—but the team immediately stepped up. The desk attendant gave everyone in our group unlimited arcade credits and even offered to cover the cost of another activity in town if we preferred. We decided to stay, and they generously ordered two pizzas for the group. They refunded my reservation in full since we couldn’t play as planned, allowed me to reschedule at no charge, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Then, at the last minute, their system came back online—and they still let us play a free game of laser tag! These guys truly know how to treat their customers. Exceptional service all around! Their arena is also massive and the gear is high quality. It was tons of fun and they said they are the 2nd largest laser tag arena in the nation.

I'm always a fan of laser tag, this place is the best in town easily. We had my dad's 60-something here and the adults had just as much fun. Would be a great unique date location too! Any age can play. They have party rooms for rent and a small arcade area to play between bouts. Always a good time here!

I've gone here on multiple occasions. I love bringing my friends here. Every time I come it's an awesome experience. This is the largest indoor laser tag arena in North America.

Always love coming here! I have been coming since the 90's when I was a kid, back when it was Laser Quest!! Now I love taking my son here 30yrs later!! My wife and I took him for some bday fun and Ethan WAS THE BEST!!! He was so helpful and friendly! And shared a love for Pokémon so that made him even cooler!! 😀
