I cannot say enough amazing things about Valley Dermatology and Dr. Smith! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The office is beautiful, clean, and runs efficiently — you can tell they truly care about their patients experience. Dr. Smith is absolutely exceptional. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. His knowledge, attention to detail, and bedside manner are top-tier. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. FIVE STARS! ⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Caylie for three years, and she is truly incredible. Her skill, precision, and eye for natural results are unmatched. She listens every single time, explains everything clearly, and never rushes the process. I always feel comfortable, cared for, and confident leaving my appointments. Her consistency, professionalism, and genuine kindness are what set her apart. Five years in, I trust her completely—and I recommend her to anyone looking for an injector who truly knows what they’re doing and cares deeply about their patients. Absolutely the best!

I made an appointment and waited 6 months. Requested to be off early from work so I could go. I got there and the gal said they called me and left a message that they had to cancel my appointment because the Dr was sick. I can understand this however they left the message as I was driving there and losing work hours. To reschedule was another 6 months out that was the part I thought was insane. So I made an appointment at another dermatologist within the week out of desperation. I hadn't been back for years but a gal that works in their office told me to try it again and that with the new building and more dermatologists the wait was not that long. I call today March and they looked me right up with my birthday very easily but said since it's been so long I'm now again considered a new patient so the earliest would be August. My issue is a horrible swelling rash on my eyelids. I don't think I'll have eye lids anymore if I wait until August! The other reason I thought I'd go back is because they told me I had rosacea on my cheeks the other dermatologist said it wasn't rosacea and dismissed a concerning skin issue and I wasnt fully sure I trusted the other dermatologist. I guess I'll never know which one was wrong.

I recently visited Paul Hill APRN due to a history of skin cancer and a new area of concern , and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming, and the environment was clean and comforting. Paul and his assistant Olivia took the time to listen to my concerns, he then explained his recommendations and the treatment plan thoroughly. I felt so reassured by their expertise and the personalized approach to my health. I highly recommend Paul Hill APRN to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist. Thank you for making my experience so positive!

I recently wrote a review on the injector Kailey at Valley Dermatology. I was very upset about the service I received there when I wrote it. I decided to take it down. My feelings didn't change about my experience, but I wanted to give her a little bit of grace. She has done work for me in the past and I really liked it. However, this time she completely deviated from the treatment plan and she did a terrible job on what she did do. She even apologized to me at the end of the service because she did not do what we had agreed upon. I feel very violated because I trusted her to do what we discussed before she started the service. I understand that there is swelling and an adjustment period. This was not that! I looked like I had severe Bell's Palsy on the right side of my mouth for a week straight. And it still looks terrible. The day after my treatment, it was very clear that this is not what I had asked for and that she did a terrible job. She had me come into the office only to completely dismiss me and basically laugh at my concerns. She then told me to come back in two weeks and she would fix it. Today was my appointment. However, she refused to fix what she promised she would do two weeks ago. She saw the review that I left online, even though I took it down after one day, She refused to fix it. Nothing I wrote in the review was dishonest. Like I said, I just wanted to give her a little grace. Everybody has off days. But the follow up and how she has treated me is unimaginable. The fact that I dropped over $1000, that I feel violated, that I feel disrespected, that I am completely unhappy with the end result seems to be of zero concern. I am astounded at her selfishness and arrogance. I do plan on filing a complaint against her with the WA state nurses board. I'm waiting to hear from the management and owners of Valley Dermatology.
