This has been the best laser hair removal experience ever! Katie always greets you at the front with a smile and remembers your name, Katheryn is so personable and knowledgeable and the overall experience of laser is pretty much painless and quick. Pricing is great and the laser used is safe and effective for darker skin tones. I came in to have one area done and kept on adding more which says it all

I had a great experience at Premier Body and Laser! The facility is super clean and welcoming, and the entire process for tattoo removal was smooth from start to finish. Catherine was incredibly helpful and friendly—she explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. Came to Premier for two leg surgeries to treat lipedema and I am so glad I chose these folks for my care. They were knowledgable, compassionate, and treated me with so much dignity through the whole process- which is so important considering how vulnerable one can be with surgeries like this! Additionally, these folks are relatively affordable and were the only clinic in the entire state of WA that I'd contacted (and I contacted several!) to have been transparent about their pricing up front. To say I am happy with the results of Sharon's work is an understatement. I walked in only knowing what I didn't want and Sharon took it from there and effortlessly delivered the result I was after. Lots of experience in this office, with a front desk staff not only knowledgeable but willing to spent considerable time explaining services, and this all before I was even a client. If you are like me, you have a hard time putting your trust in doctors after being let down so many times regarding the frustrations that come when you have lipedema. The entire Premier team that I worked so closely with (Dr Hagerty, Annie, Carrie, and Katie) were nothing short of incredible! You would think after 4 treatments I'd be relieved to be done! But I was actually sad to say goodbye to these dear friends! TRUST that Dr Hagerty and his Premier team know what they are doing. His approach to your individualized surgical plan allows for your body to heal and adjust in between treatments making it easier to carry out your routines as well as reducing the chances of loose skin and other complications. You feel more in control and less overwhelmed as you are redefining and discovering YOUR version of normal. If you live with lipedema you know how painful this disease is physically, you also know how painful it is emotionally... It's time to put yourself first and live without the pain of this disease. LISTEN- do everything Dr Hagerty tells you to do. Be REALISTIC in your expectations. Be PATIENT with your body as you heal. CELEBRATE each win you will experience here! Dr Hagerty changed my life.
