Broadway Heights Dental

My first visit to Broadway Heights Dental! I was very impressed! Great convenient location. Nice clean, comfortable waiting room and office. Front staff were great and very welcoming. My hygienist, Ms. JoLee Bunch, was also very welcoming. I found out she was a recent graduate of EWU’s Dental Hygiene College. Her skill, ability and technique was first rate and was far superior to others I have experienced with many more years experience. JoLee communicated what she was going to be doing. She explained and educated me on dental hygiene that I could utilize between visits. Dr. Rich was great on his examination and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Broadway Heights Dental for those looking for a new “family feel” dental provider!

My 11 year old son looks forward to going to the Dentist now. Everyone there is so nice and friendly which makes for a comfortable experience. My son even asked if he could get a shot of Novacaine before getting his tooth pulled! Amazing job guys!

Best dentistry I've ever been to! They don't make me feel bad. Educate me in a kind way and show concern. Notice and encourage my improvement in taking care of my teeth. Totally appreciate and love this business. Receptionist are always nice. Always love seeing the dentists assistants!

Everyone in the office was extremely friendly, patient, and attentive. I originally chose Broadway Heights Dental because of the stellar reviews they had, and I have to say I agree with the positivity. As soon as I was shown in, the hygienist (Shelby) was very sweet and made sure I understood everything going on (she is also very funny, so expect to hold back at least a few laughs while the cleaning is happening). While I only saw Dr. Cotton very briefly, he was also very kind and funny and was sure to explain what further things needed to happen for my dental care down the road.

I have had an incredible experience here. Every time you walk in you are met with genuine kindness. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for. Dr. Rich is exceptional — professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels respectful and reassuring. And Shalisha is absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, gentle approach, and welcoming personality make me feel at ease. (Thank you for the blanket every visit!) If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel valued, supported, and treated like family, this is the place. Highly recommend!
