"The Best Dental Experience I've Ever Had – Dr. Hager and Team are Exceptional!" I used to genuinely hate going to the dentist. Moving frequently means I've seen many different dental offices over the years, and none compare to the experience I have at Dr. Hager’s practice. This office is the best so far, and they have completely changed my perspective on dental care. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and free of the usual tension I’ve felt in other offices. The waiting room and exam rooms are comfortable, and I have never waited longer than five minutes past my appointment time. The entire staff is friendly and incredibly efficient. The clinical staff takes the time to explain exactly what they are going to do and show you what they find before Dr. Hager even comes in. The front desk team is transparent about costs and insurance coverage, which eliminates any financial surprises. Their modern appointment system is fantastic—receiving a text with a direct calendar link to add my appointment was wonderful and incredibly convenient! Dr. Hager himself is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything he does in easy-to-understand terms, and always presents multiple solutions to a problem before offering his professional recommendation. His transparent communication builds a great deal of trust. I now feel completely comfortable and trust Dr. Hager and his team implicitly. It's not bad going to the dentist anymore—it’s actually a positive experience! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for phenomenal dental care.

I haven’t seen a dentist in over 6 years and chose this office based off reviews and whether or not they took my insurance. I was very nervous but the hygienist Victoria was so nice, gentle, and honest with me. She truly made my experience wonderful considering how nervous and anxious I was. Dr. Hager was also very nice and knowledgeable! Very happy to choose this office for my dental care.

WOW ! This is truly the best dental practice in the northside area. After researching several offices, I learned the hard way that not all dentists are the same. Many places that advertise extended hours or accept every insurance often do so because they struggle to keep patients due to inconsistent quality from what my insurance group told me. I unfortunately experienced this firsthand before finding Dr. Scott Hager. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this office was different. The space is clean, welcoming, and a fun place. The staff is friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. Dr. Hager is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled with all the things he can do in office. The atmosphere is warm and comforting, and dare l say fun at a dental office?! I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing music selection as well. I never had to wait, and every step of my treatment plan was explained in detail, leaving me understanding everything. I love most of all that he does root canals and extractions instead of sending me to a person who only does those, he does them right there, it’s like one stop shopping!! If you’re searching for a dental office you can trust for you and family’s, look no further this is the one.

I thought Dr. Hagar was wonderful. The whole staff was very professional and excellent. This is a top notch dentist. It was interesting what Dr. Hagar said he told me my teeth hadn't changed much in the six years since I last saw him the last time I had them cleaned here. To me it means they did such a good job last time that I could probably go another six more years and I would be fine. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Hagar he is just another good doctor out there saving lives. I owe a lot of doctors like him in this town for saving my life numerous times. People don't realize how fortunate we are to live in a highly advanced medical country like the United States. Most of them take it for granted and write bad reviews about doctors it's appalling.

Monica is incredible and the reason I keep coming back. She makes you feel at ease and it has really helped my anxiety for procedures. Thankfully I’m able to request her and it makes a huge difference in my care.
