Dr. C Dental - South Hill

My husband and I just had a wonderful experience at Dr C’s today. We each had new patient exams and were very impressed with how thorough and efficient they were. Everyone of their staff members (front desk, hygienists and Dr. Finn) were very professional while at the same time warm, kind and funny. We are so happy to have found Dr. C Family Dentistry!

I needed a service before a vacation so I would not have issues. They got me in within a couple of days, super friendly team, I have avoided the dentist for many years out of fear. This team made me feel calm They had me out in no time and set up appointments for maintenance when I return from vacation. Thank you Dr C and team.

I was able to get in quickly for an urgent need. The staff and dentist were kind, explained the problem and discussed different treatment options. I had my tooth removed and it was pain free- even the day after! The price was reasonable and an estimate was provided prior to care. I will be changing to them for regular care.

This dental office has great staff, a good in-office experience, and decent care. I'm giving three stars instead of five because they charged us $125 for an appointment we never confirmed. The need to ensure no-shows don't happen is perfectly understandable, but charging a fee when the patient doesn't confirm the appointment is concerning. If you become a patient with this practice, be careful to understand when and how fees are charged so there are no surprises. Edit: the office contacted us and offered a waiver of the fee, which is appreciated.

I had my regular cleaning, and X rays today, and I also found out why I was having a tender gum and aome sinuse pain that kept coming and going. I have an infected molar which needs a root canal, and they atarted me on amoxicillin for aome days to clear up the infection before the procedure. Looking forward to feeling better. They took great care of me!
