The clinic was purchased by a new dentist within the last year, and today my daughter and I saw each of their "new to the practice hygienists" for our yearly cleaning. The hygienist my daughter saw thought that her Invisalign button was plaque build up and tried to scrape it off until my daughter explained what it was. She then stopped and moved to the next tooth. The hygienist I saw was not reading my body language and after wincing in pain I had to remove her hand from my mouth. I do have a few sensitive areas along my gum line, but in 43 years of cleanings have never experienced this before. She also did not more through my mouth in an orderly pattern so that I could judge approximately how much of my mouth was done or not done, she moved haphazardly from one area to another. Lastly, multiple times rinse water was squirted outside my mouth, or dribbled out, not once did she stop to clean up.

Melanie was an absolute delight! She was kind, respectful, and gentle with my teeth. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of the staff here as the business changed hands (speaking as an Asian American), and I would highly recommend this fine establishment.
