Always friendly! Spokane Dental staff always make sure I know what my treatment will be when I arrive so I can know what to expect. Appointment setting is easy and accommodating. I get off work after 4 and they have 5:00 appointments which are great for me!

I contacted Spokane Family Dental on February 16th, 2026 with a dental emergency. I had never been there before and didn’t know who to trust, but based on their location and a referral I decided to call. From that very first phone call, they went above and beyond. They were able to get me scheduled immediately, which meant everything because my situation required major work and I simply couldn’t wait. To say I have a fear of the dentist would be an understatement. I’m someone who will deal with pain for a long time just to avoid going. Walking through their front door for the first time was honestly a huge step for me. I was nervous, anxious, and nearly turned around before even going in. Thankfully my amazing wife encouraged me to take that step. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and a calm, professional atmosphere. Karyssa at the front desk is an absolute rockstar. From the very beginning she treated us with genuine kindness and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. Her compassion and dedication to the patients there is obvious, and it made a bigger difference than she probably realizes. When I met Dr. Moss, he immediately put my mind at ease. He took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step, explained all of my options, and made sure I understood the entire process. He even welcomed my wife to stay involved throughout everything, which meant a lot to both of us. During that first visit we were able to come up with a plan and schedule surgery right away. On February 20th, I came in for the procedure. Dr. Moss again carefully explained everything that would happen that day and what recovery would look like afterward. His professionalism, skill, and calm demeanor made a situation that once terrified me feel completely manageable. It has now been about two weeks since my surgery, and I truly feel like I’ve known this team for years. I’ve had several follow-up visits (including one today), and every time the care has been incredible. Karyssa continues to go above and beyond — she isn’t just doing a job, she genuinely cares about the patients. People like her are the reason places like this stand out. Dr. Moss is simply outstanding — professional, friendly, and extremely talented. For the first time since I was a teenager, I feel confident in my smile again. I can actually smile without feeling like I need to hide anything. I can’t thank Spokane Family Dental enough for what they’ve done for me. I’m not even finished with my treatment yet, but I already know I’ll continue to receive the same level of care and support every time I walk through their door. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist like I was, this is the place you want to go. I will be forever grateful.

Wow. I am so impressed! I just went here for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. The lady’s at the front desk were so friendly and polite. My hygienist was fabulous!! Shout out to Jackie. She was gentle with my teeth and gums yet did a great cleaning. I’ve had problems in the past of people making my gums bleed a lot and that didn’t happen at all. Dr Moss was friendly and funny. Overall, super great dentist experience. Would recommend to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently moved into Spokane and was looking for a dentist that was closer than my previous one in CDA. These guys are fantastic! Great hospitality from the front desk ladies and really everyone I worked with today. Dr. Moss was gentle and efficient with the exam portion. My hygienist Jackie was very personable and I really appreciate how gentle she also was with my cleaning. Overall super great job to these guys!
