Monday evening workshop is great!! Trudy is a super leader! Workshop is very interactive with members contributing. We need more than one person checking-in, however. Members are still in a long line waiting to weigh-in and buy products and the workshop is half over. This is not fair to the members who attend the workshop. They miss out on so much. Please add another person to help weigh-in members.

Amazing leaders and many fully committed members that want to lose weight and keep it off forever. The most sensible approach to weight loss I have ever tried. I've lost and kept it off for six months now.

Most practical weight loss/maintenance system ever. You can eat whatever you want. The group just teaches you to do it in moderation.

Was visiting from out of town. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be back when I am in town next!

The instructor was very engaging and encouraging. Accountability will help keep me on track.
