I've been going to Forum Health in Greenville for 10 yrs specifically for hormone replacement therapy. It was and still is a lifesaver for me. Dr. Connie Casebolt is so amazing in so many ways and geez, she's so knowledgeable! I highly recommend Forum Health in Greenville and of course Dr. Connie & the entire staff. They're all just the BEST and always kind and helpful! The office is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Three years ago I moved to NC but continue to travel every 3 months to the Greenville office....yes, they really are that great!

We were at Forum Health for the 2nd time and were far beyond impressed. Very tidy and pleasant. Starting with the front desk, the doctors and nurses are courteous, professional, and have excellent bedside manners. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, making our visit much more comfortable. It's clear that the staff prioritizes patient care and well-being, which truly sets this place apart.
