Hampton Village Massage

I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The massage was one of the best I’ve had—thorough, relaxing, and tailored perfectly to what my body needed. The rooms were clean, warm, and very comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely satisfied. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for real quality and care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a terrible experience. Called and made an appointment for 9:45. It was 9:30 when I called. I arrived at 9:45 for her to tell me that they are closed. I said I called and scheduled 1 hr massage. She said no I can do 30 mins and wanted to charge for an hour. I said can you at least do 45 mins. She said okay and then proceeded to take my payment. After which she became super rude and gave me that absolute worst massage ever. I can’t believe how rude she was the entire time. The massage only lasted 28 minutes before she said it’s over and I have to leave quick because she wants to close. I will never come back here. Terrible terrible terrible customer service 0/5 stars. Never coming back

Whatever you do stay away from this place. Went in for a simple massage and was told I had to pay cash. So I paid for a 1-hour massage and was taken to the massage area. Before I can even completely undressed she was back in the room as I finished. She did not even allow me the opportunity to cover up. I laid down on the table and got a very crappy massage that lasted only 20 minutes. When she was done with my back she asked me was there anything else I wanted and confused I asked what did she mean. She told me I had only paid for a 30 minute massage and that the extra money was her tip. Even though I explained to her that I had paid for an hour massage and would tip her afterwards she continued to say that I had only paid for a 30 minute massage. This place is an absolute rip-off. The massage was lame and honestly it felt like she had no clue as to what she was doing. Be smart and go somewhere else and avoid this place at all costs.

She upcharged me a big tip before the massage and they claim not to do that online. I didn’t get oil and it wasn’t even an hour that I paid double for I only got 40 min bad massage. Stay away!!!

I went with my husband and received a professional massage in a comfortable and clean environment. I'll be back again soon.
