Summer Massage

There are 2 ladies that I know of who massage here. One is older and does a really great job. One is younger and isn't very good at all. The older one uses smooth strokes, good technique, pressure, etc. The younger one does a lot of rhythemic poking and just isn't that good. She needs more training and to improve her technique. The only good thing I can say about the younger one (who I unfortunately had tonight) is she's better looking. You never know which one you'll get, I've been here several times.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to Summer Massage. Unfortunately, my experience compelled me to assign a one-star rating due to perceived rudeness regarding your payment policy. Charging clients upfront for a service not yet rendered seemed inappropriate, and when my partner inquired about this practice, your staff suggested it was a response to past experiences with non-paying customers. While I understand the need for security, this approach felt discriminatory and unfair to potential clients. Despite my reservations, I decided to proceed with payment. However, the quality of the massage I received was exceedingly disappointing. I can honestly say it was the worst massage I have ever had. If the alleged non-payers received a service comparable to mine, I completely understand their actions. I believe that businesses should strive for a fair and respectful relationship with clients. Therefore, I hope you will consider re-evaluating both your payment policy and the quality of your services to better serve your clientele in the future.

Beautiful environment. Amazing massage. Summer Massage in Greenville, South Caroline was a delight. I enjoy receiving a massage a little deeper due to a previous injury in my back and neuropathy in my feet and legs. Summer Massage did an excellent job balancing a deep tissue massage for my comfort level. Summer Massage has trained their velvet hands beauty’s the art of and controlled pressure right where I need it for my body. The masseuse asked at the beginning and continued to check whether she should increase or decrease the pressure for me and was it okay for me which I appreciated. I have been going to Summer Massage in Greenville, for several months and have never been disappointed. It is a very clean and comfortable environment, and the staff is wonderful. Every one of the staff is very competent and I already have several visits scheduled. This place is a hidden gem! Summer Massage with their magic hands gave me an amazing massage at a fair price. The staff is incredible at understanding my past injuries and working out the kinks to relieve my pain. Summer Massage is such a kind and healing place. They helped relax my anxiety. Summer Massage also helped work out old injuries.

Went for the 3rd time yesterday and was VERY upset about my service! First off I was asked to pay BEFORE when I’ve always paid after and on the tip I only put $5 and planned on putting more after based on how the massage went, when she seen the receipt she laughed and said “ha $5!” It really pissed me off! Bc why would I do a big tip when I don’t know how the service will go???!!! Then I asked her in the room where she was from and she said Africa!! She had an attitude and didn’t even massage my legs or arms and I paid $70 for a FULL body massage! I won’t be back!
