U Relax Massage

The 1 hour massage was quite good. However, I printed and presented a coupon directly from the U Relax Massage web site stating $59.99 for a 1 hour massage versus the regular $70.00 price. The establishment refused to honor the coupon Ibrought from their own website. NOT GOOD!!

I’ve been here now three times and for what you pay for, it’s a good massage. However, I just had one this morning where the masseuse was clearly sick as she was coughing and blowing her nose constantly. I felt bad for her, so I didn’t say anything, but at one point I felt a big drop of snot fall on my arm… and she hesitated but then proceeded to massage it into me thinking I would not notice... Very gross and I was too uncomfortable to say anything.

Very soft massage not worth the money. I was charged for hour but given 45 minutes massage. I did mention it but it was ignored. . Also she asked for more tip eventhough I gave good tip never go back.

Massage was okay. They were short staffed so my massage kept getting interrupted due to the door bell. Not only that, the masseuse demanded that I left a tip AND for a certain amount. Never again!!

5 stars because Emma got rid of the huge knot I had in my lower back, you ask for deep tissue massage, you actually get on here. The major reason they didn't get 5 stars is because on their website they had a deal of $35 for 60 minutes, well of course they didn't honor it & Hope didn't question it, so we went back & strongly suggested that they honor it, the best I could get them to do was to give us $20 off each for our next massage, which we did & it was great!
