Alyssa is great in understanding what works best for you. Even if you are an established client, she will still take the time before each session to ask what your specific needs are for that day. She is kind, thorough, and provides an excellent massage service. For me, Alyssa is a great alternative to using pharmaceuticals for pain management.

Massages are something I used to avoid because of a sensitivity to pressure on my back. Alyssa worked around this and I had my first full massage ever, along with healing touch and the hot stones. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Alyssa. She also has been helping me work out stiffness in my neck I have had for years.

I reached out to a local expert to ask questions and she recommended I take Alyssa's Reiki classes. Shaking like a leaf, I went for it. Alyssa's classes were just what I needed. Mystical, practical, and spiritual. I also met a group of heart-centered, diverse, interesting people from a variety of backgrounds. In the first class, Alyssa did a little Reiki on me - which was incredibly impactful. I am forever grateful for what I learned and experienced here. I went on to complete Reiki 1 & 2.
