The NOW Massage Downtown Greenville

This was my first visit to NOW Massage, and I found it to be aesthetically pleasing, calming, and truly peaceful. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect and initially imagined something along the lines of Massage Envy—but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. NOW Massage offers a deeply holistic experience with a modern, upscale feel. Madison was incredibly kind and welcoming; she walked me through everything and made the entire experience effortless and comfortable. Her customer service is outstanding. Aaron gave me an amazing massage that truly melted my stress away. The deep pressure and scalp massage were perfectly in tune with what my body needed—it felt as though his hands could intuitively read my body and deliver exactly the healing it required. I ended up signing up for a membership and look forward to visiting every month. I highly recommend NOW Massage.

My massage was amazing! I told Seven focus areas and the massage was intuitive with deep pressure to get the tension out of my back and shoulders. I walked out of there feeling super relaxed and free of tightness.

Cannot recommend the Now enough! I’ve had several sessions with Vejai, and every single one has been the best massage I’ve ever experienced. He is so attentive and thoughtful, taking time to focus on specific areas while still giving a wonderfully relaxing full-body massage. I always leave feeling amazing.

My husband surprised me on my bday with a massage @ The NOW. I was thoroughly disappointed! My husband bought me this gift to Relax on my bday. It was anything But relaxing! First, the girl I had started the message with placing cooling pads on my face. Her hands smelled dirty, and like cigarettes. Then as she started the massage on my neck and bent over my face her breath smelled Awful. It smelled like alcohol something fierce!! She Clearly was out drinking until wee hours of the morning! My message wasn't until noon. The smell was so strong it was nauseating! She then spent the next 40 approx. messaging my neck. I'm not sure if she forgot to move on, or that that amount of time on one body part is normal for her but, it started to hurt. The next day it felt bruised. If all that wasn't bad enough, the second half when I turned over she started to sniff every few seconds. The noise of that took any relaxation possible away from the message. To make it worse, she would stop and wipe her nose....then touch me with the same hands. The whole experience was awful. Not the way I wanted to spend my bday. Plus, I felt even worse that my husband spent all that money to give me a wonderful day only to find out how my message was😞. He responded to their text review the next day but they made No attempt to make things right. Very poor customer service in our opinion. If the company cared, they would reach out and apologize for their unprofessional employee at least.

I set up a membership here following the massage therapist that I’ve been going to for the last almost 2 years. When she moves, I move - I love Cori C.!! Her technique seems like she's been doing this for decades and she's helped me recover from a shoulder injury. As for the spa, it makes your time spent an experience. It's beautiful, relaxing, and catered to calming my nervous system. I’ll keep coming back!
