I had been hesitant to get permanent makeup again after a very painful microblading experience five years ago, but I’m so glad I found Heather. From the start, she was incredibly understanding of my worries and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She doubled the time for the numbing serum and even applied additional serums throughout the process, which made the pain very manageable. The result is a beautiful, natural-looking brown eyeliner that blends with my hair color and enhances my eyes without looking harsh. I really appreciated how carefully she matched the color so it would fade into a soft, flattering shade of brown over time. She explained everything clearly, checked in often during the appointment, and made me feel at ease the entire time. There’s also a free touch-up in 5–6 weeks if I want to adjust the thickness after healing (see pictures for post-touch up effect). Overall, Heather combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care, I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
