I wish I could share a positive experience about this provider but I cannot as I am not able to get a consultation with him. My PCP referred him to me for a procedure. I contacted them for an appointment and was advised that he was not scheduling anymore consultations for patients using insurance that needed my specific procedure. I had no problem with that as I have been told he is an excellent surgeon so I understand his availability and resources are at maximum capacity for the year. Since my schedule is flexible, I asked for a consultation in Jan/Feb 2026. That request was not a problem until I told them I had CHAMPVA insurance - they do not accept it. Once again, no problem because they do accept BCBS. I told them I would have BCBS coverage as on 1/1/26 via the ACA. I was then told they accept BCBS but not via the ACA. So as the caregiver and wife of a disabled veteran, I cannot have the procedure completed by this provider because CHAMPVA coverage is not acceptable. As one of the 44 million people with medical coverage through the ACA, this provider has deemed BCBS acceptable but NOT via the ACA. Neither of these insurances are accepted even though they cover the procedure. When I asked why, I was told, "We just don't accept them." I have advised my PCP of this so she is aware. Now, this provider absolutely has the right to decide not to accept these insurances (one of which covers veterans and their family members; the other of which covers people that do not have access to employer coverage due to reasons such as affordability, early retirement, self-employment, etc.) However, it paints an unpleasant picture and sends a strong message. Message received.

I love coming to see Ashley at Sutton Graham’s office! She is so amazing with her skill set using the Botox and fillers that I just let her have her do whatever she thinks is necessary. She’s always on point with what I am wanting and looking for. I have never experienced any pain and I always look forward to come into these appointments! I highly recommend Ashley with Dr. Graham’s office.

By far the best place to have any type of reconstructive surgery! Dr Graham and his staff are all so kind and helpful! Babs was a great nurse and she kept me calm in preparation for the procedure. Healed well and results are amazing! Would recommend to anyone in need of a great and thorough plastic surgeon!
