I had the absolute best experience with Tonna And Melia at Allure. From the moment I walked in they were, warm , welcoming, and incredibly attentive, they took their time explaining everything, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before starting. Both ladies have a gentle touch and an amazing eye for detail. My Botox and filler came out beautifully-natural, smooth, and exactly what I wanted. I left feeling confident refreshed and so grateful for their talent and professionalism. I highly recommend Tonna and Malia they are absolutely outstanding.! 💕

My eye remain messed up. I have 2 different undereyes. I really hate this but I have PTSD since my initial visit. I admit I have tried to go back for the other visits but I get anxiety everytime and skip it. Im going to try again tomorrow. Also the botox did not last long. Might be a brand thing. I have had that service in Charlotte with HB were the results last no less than 5 months. 🤷🏽‍♀️ ******It's now Sept. My eye is still pretty bad. This product must have had an adverse effect. It certainly did not go as promised. I did go back for an attempted correction. I received one prick of something but not much change. Next try tomorrow 9/19/25. ... It's my final visit and finally some progress. My eyes have an every so slight difference today after 2 injections to dissolve the puff. Im also very satisfaction with Allures attempt to rectify the problem.

injector pushed filler when I simply wanted a lip flip. When I told her I needed time to consider she sighed as if it was some sort of inconvenience for her. That was a ridiculous appointment and I definitely won’t be going back nor would I send my friends, family, or enemies there. It was uncomfortable and the push to sell me $2,100 worth of Botox and filler was unacceptable to say the least. I also had just had Xeomin treatment for my forehead, crows feet, and 11s. I was about 6 days out and she wanted to inject my brow to lift it further even though it hadn’t been enough time to allow the Xeomin to settle and get full results yet. Unprofessional at best. When she finally did give me the lip flip I asked for the receptionist was in there tapping on my shoulder. When I was treated at Peachy they iced the area. Took lots of time and was carful injecting, asking constantly about my comfort. Allure was a huge disappointment and I’m far from happy. I definitely won’t go there again. Finally, I scheduled during a promo in November which was $8/unit with a $25 voucher. They did not give me the discount nor the voucher so beware if that as well. I’d give Allure in Columbia a 0/5 stars. Beware!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this medical center. I invested my time, money, and energy into getting Botox here, and the results were completely unsatisfactory. Not only did the treatment not work, but I had to return two more times for additional injections. Even after those extra visits, there was still no improvement. It was frustrating and exhausting to keep going back with no real solution. I expected professionalism, expertise, and proper results from a medical facility. Instead, I felt unheard and let down. I regret choosing this place and would not recommend it to anyone considering Botox treatment.

I loved the lady who greeted me first!! She was amazing! I thought she was the doctor! But when the doctor came in she went right away to her suggestions and did not take into account what i wanted. She area i was not concerned with, she gave me more botox in that area. The area i was concerned with, she hardly gave me any. I appreciate her recommendations but it makes you feel ugly when you’re not concerned with those areas. I think she should always start with asking the patient what their concerns are vs her thinking to just destroy my entire face especially if we can afford that!! I just thought that was a little insensitive and I didn’t like that. I do like the areas she did but i hate that the big area of concern is still an issue. My other provider was so much better but she was a last minute turn to. I’m still coming back to her.
