I can’t say enough about Greenville Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr Hicks performed an upper and lower Bleph on my face and I am so pleased with the results. Dr Hicks and her team are amazing professionals. All of the team are friendly and delightful to deal with. At my consultation, I met with Dr Hicks and could immediately tell that she took great pride in her work and truly wanted to give her patients the results that they wanted! She really listened to me and based her treatment plan on my desires. In addition she is a wonderful surgeon! The results are amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. Drew, the patient care coordinator spent a long time with me explaining the treatments that Dr Hicks had suggested. From the consultation to the post- op stage Drew was available for honest and prompt answers to all my questions. Shout out, to Anne Clair the sweet surgical assistant that took such wonderful care of me throughout the whole process. I am so happy that I chose GFPS for my eye surgery! This team is the best! My first consultation was at Greenville Facial Plastic Surgeon for a revision of a surgery that I wanted to fix, and after that consultation I didn’t feel the need to look anywhere else! Dr. Hicks is extremely experienced, knowledgable, and will really listen to your concerns. My experience with plastic surgeons is that I never really felt heard, but with Dr.Hicks I have all the way through the process before my surgery, my recovery, and after! She follows up months after with her patients to make sure everything is healing well and her patients are happy. I truly believe she is the best facial surgeon in Greenville. My results were even better than I could imagine. I will recommend her to all my friends and family!

My experience with Greenville Facial Plastic Surgery has been exceptional, far exceeding my expectations. I admit, I was nervous at first. Cosmetic surgery was never something I thought about when I was younger. But as the bags under my eyes deepened, I couldn't look at myself as confidently anymore. I was referred to Dr. Kate by a friend, and once I saw the photos of the undereye results she's been able to deliver, I became much more comfortable with the idea of surgery. I scheduled a consultation and everyone I interacted with over the phone and in the office was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff put my mind at ease, and when I met with Dr. Hicks, she was personable, thoughtful and thorough. She listened and answered all my questions in an honest manner that felt very authentic, and by the time I left her office I knew I could trust her completely. She did an absolutely amazing job delivering the results we had talked about, and I feel so much younger and more confident looking myself in the mirror now.
