Empire Med Spa and Concierge Medicine has some of the most helpful and attentive staff I’ve ever dealt with. From the first phone call to figuring out exactly what I needed and helping solve my problem, the entire experience was great. Rowdie was the first person I spoke with and provided some of the best customer service I could have asked for. Megan, who was my nurse, was outstanding and extremely attentive. She made sure all of my needs were taken care of and that I was comfortable throughout the process. They really exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ve used empire many times and it’s so nice. Today, I got a mobile IV and Rx from Emily because I’ve had the flu. Emily is amazing! This is so much better than leaving the house to go to the doctor when sick!

We have used empire quite a bit we always use Shanna as our nurse she is amazing . Very professional, this is so convenient and awesome . She is awesome . Should def get yourself an iv or a shot you will thank yourself for doing it .
