Called multiple times over weeks. No response other than ai telling me to go online. Online gives me no options other than a consultation. Eventually, I got a text message. Went back and forth via text. Got told I could do Saturday and then they walked it back. Scheduled a consultation hoping it would at least prompt a phone call. They just canceled it. I went here for a long time and they’re supposed to honor a “lifetime guarantee”. Used to be great service. They clearly are just avoiding honoring the “lifetime guarantee”. They have zero interest in even speaking to customers now.

I loved my experience! The staff was wonderful and friendly. I was really impressed with how they took the time to understand my needs and I did not feel like I was being rushed. No high pressure sales instead let me make the best decision for what I needed. Everything from payment to the sweetest, most gentle handed injector I have ever had was wonderful!

Horrible experience. Used a Groupon for Botox on 12/18/25 for forehead and elevens. Bought additional at full price while I was there for crows feet. Left with a HUGE hematoma on my left eye that lasted through Christmas. Felt while I was there that the botox was not done correctly, and I've had it enough times to know. That and I'm an RN formerly working in the industry in Florida, so I am well aware of what to expect. After one week, I knew it wasn't right. They asked me to wait a full two weeks. I did, and rescheduled to come back in. That appointment was cancelled by them, and rescheduled again for the end of January 2026. Why on earth why I go back to have my face abused again. Lesson is don't use Groupon there for one, and don't expect an experienced ARNP. I'm not given to posting bad reviews, but I spent $650 there, and had absolutely no results. It was as if I never had botox. By far the worst botox experience I've ever had in my life. Don't waste your money or time.

I completed about 10 sessions of Venus Viva and saw absolutely no improvement in my skin condition. Despite this, staff continued recommending additional sessions of the same treatment without any reassessment or adjustment. I later consulted a licensed medical provider who explained that the treatments i received were too superficial to address my specific condition and that meaningful improvement would require care from a qualified medical professional using more advanced equipment. At LightRx I was shown before-and-after photos that, in hindsight, were unrealistic and misleading - especially considering that the staff providing my treatment were not licensed medical providers. Overall I feel misled by their promises and believe a refund or partial reimbursement would be fair given the complete lack of results.

The team at LightRx is friendly and helpful. Ciera has been my technician, she’s calming and well trained. I’m enjoying the services they are providing👍👍🥰
