I’ve been to this practice twice now and they are just the absolute best. From the front office staff to the back, everyone treats you like family! I’ve had the pleasure of having Jamie and Tami as my hygienists for two different cleanings and they were both incredibly kind and thorough in their jobs. I’ve also met both Dr. Rackley and Dr. Smith and you can just tell they love their profession and genuinely care for their patients!

Awesome dental practice! Jamie was my hygienist and she did a great job and was very kind and caring. It was nice to meet and talk to Dr. Smith as well. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Rackley and his entire office staff are absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. Rackley was very thorough and took the time to explain every step of care in a clear, easy-to-understand way, which made us feel completely comfortable and confident—especially given how comprehensive my husband’s dental case is and that it will require implants. Dr. Rackley is Kois-trained, which was extremely important to us. This level of training means he uses advanced, evidence-based dentistry focused on long-term oral health and proper function—critical for implant cases. We truly feel cared for and in excellent hands. We highly recommend Dr. Rackley and his team, especially for complex or implant dental care.

From the moment we walked in, the front-desk staff greeted us with a warm smile and got checked in quickly — no long waiting room dread. The dental hygienist and dentist were professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain what they were doing and why. We felt comfortable, well-informed, and completely at ease. The cleaning itself was gentle and thorough, and the filling was done with minimal discomfort. Afterward, they gave clear instructions for after-care. The office is clean and modern, and their patient-care felt genuinely personal. I highly recommend this practice — especially if, like us, you tend to get nervous about dentists. As a veteran receiving community care, I cannot say enough good things about Vineyard Dentist here in Greenville, SC. The facility itself is beautiful and equipped with the latest technology, but what truly sets this place apart is their compassion toward human beings. From the moment I sat down, I felt genuinely cared for. My dental hygienist, Tami, took the time to get to know me as a person. She showed real interest in my military background, we joked a bit, and most importantly, she helped put my anxiety completely at ease. Because of her patience and kindness, I was able to get through my entire appointment without any anxiety symptoms flaring up which is incredibly important when it comes to veteran care. Tami was soft-spoken, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cared about my dental health. She never judged me for what I would consider a heavy tartar buildup. Instead, she took extra time and dedication to clean my teeth thoroughly. When I left, it was hands down the best dental cleaning I have ever had in my life. My teeth felt absolutely brand new — cleaner than I’ve ever seen them — and that alone shows how much she cares. You don’t find that every day. Too often people just try to get the job done, but Vineyard Dentist goes above and beyond. My dentist was also excellent, professional, and reassuring. This office understands the connection between dental health and mental health, and that awareness makes a huge difference. I think that’s incredibly important and honestly, very cool. I highly recommend Vineyard Dentist to anyone, especially veterans. This place truly cares about your health, not just your appointment.
