Couldn’t have had a better experience! Waiting room was comfortable with a light and airy ambiance. The hygienist Jessica went above and beyond with the cleaning. Very personable and friendly with a radiant, happy energy that you can’t help but feel like you’ve known her your whole life. Jessica did a fantastic job. The dentist was very nice and very knowledgeable. I would come back here without an afterthought because the service and experience were absolutely exceptional. My wife and I are hard people to impress, but they pulled it off. 5-Stars goes to this awesome dental office and we are excited to return for our next appointments!

I've been looking for a new dentist for some time and was referred to Dr. Ladd by a good friend. Wow, they went beyond my expectations with my first visit and cleaning. Very thorough and very knowledgeable and were able to eliminate some old stains and buildup. Loved my cleaning technician and Dr. Ladd could not have been nicer and very personable. Well worth the trip to the downtown area to discover these guys. Everything feels great the day after the cleaning, too.

Jessica at Ladd Family Dental is absolutely wonderful! She made my cleaning completely painless and was so warm and friendly throughout the entire appointment. What really impressed me was how well she explained everything she was doing — I always feel informed and at ease in her care.

Ladd Family Dental was the first dentist who I saw upon moving to Greenville. At the time, I didn’t have dental insurance & they offered a new patient special. They used an ultra sonic cleaner on my teeth. It uses high pressure water to clean your teeth. I found that process to be very painful. My teeth have been very sensitive even 3+ months later. The doctor was nice enough. He came in and started small talk asking how I liked Greenville & inquired about my travels. However, he didn’t even bother to look in my mouth. I’ve since gone to a new dental office near Stone Lake here in Greenville. The experience at the new dental office was night and day compared to Ladd Family Dental (with the new dental office being 100x better). I do NOT recommend Ladd for your dental needs & will definitely not return. I see that they have several 5 star reviews, but the level of care I received did not merit that level.

I hadn’t seen a dentist for over a decade, and was a little hesitant just because of my anxiety. Since then I have back 4 times. 2 deep cleanings, two regular cleanings and a minor dental procedure. Katelyn at the front desk is always warm when I come in, and Teisha is my dental hygienist. She is the best. When I had my dental procedure, Dr. Ladd and his assistant, Marissa were patentient with me and walked me through the whole procedure. It is the next morning and I am in minor discomfort - to be expected- but I am happy with my results, and I look forward to the rest of my treatment and getting healthy! I have had a wonderful experience everytime I have gone in and will return! Thanks team.
