I had an amazing experience at Carolina Oaks Dental Care of Greenville! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist and staff were welcoming, friendly, and super professional. The office itself was spotless and very comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Molly Netzler, and she was fantastic—kind, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. Truly a 10/10 experience. I actually loved it there and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Absolutely deserving of their high rating. Every single person here, including the hygienist, secretaries, dentists, have been consistently kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. They take the time to listen, have real conversations without judgment, and create an atmosphere that feels comfortable and relaxing. I've never been to a dentist office where every member exceeds expectations the way this team does. They also offer practical and helpful recommendations for dental products and hygiene, which have truly helped me so much. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a new dentist!

I went in today for a consultation regarding my partial and my experience with this group was fabulous! I met with Shandle, a dental assistant, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and even made some minor adjustments to my partial which was very beneficial. I've had issues with my partial for some time and this is the first dentist that I've been to that told me the facts and truth and didn't try to exploit me. Needless to say, I will be a new future patient!

I am very grateful for the work Dr. Carpenter and the team did on me this week. They gave me above-and-beyond service in fixing my broken crown. Working on me is not an easy task, and I am very appreciative of how comfortable they made me feel. The crown itself fits very comfortably, and I am very pleased with the work the team did on me. Cody went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my procedure. She explained everything she was doing step-by-step and even grabbed a model to show me exactly what was going to happen, which I really appreciated. She was both personal and extremely professional. Dr. Carpenter was also wonderful. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and even squeezed me in the same day to take care of another tooth so I wouldn’t have to come back and go through the numbing process again. On top of that, they worked me in later that day to adjust my retainers to ensure they still fit properly. Both Cody and Dr. Carpenter were very transparent about pricing and payment options and helped me come up with a plan that worked with my schedule. I truly can’t say enough good things about this practice. The front desk staff was friendly, the facility is beautiful, and it’s clear they use the most up-to-date technology. Highly recommend! Thanks to her gentle approach and wonderful bedside manner, what could have been a stressful experience turned into an empowering and positive one. We left the appointment with smiles all around—and most importantly, my daughter still loves going to the dentist! We are so grateful for Dr. Molly and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
