I met Terry Willis in 1990 and have been his client ever since. Never dreamed of looking anywhere else for another dentist. Then Phillip Gould took over his business. Phillip and his staff has always treated me like a rock star. I will never think of going anywhere else. They are the best!!! Ken

Today was my first day at Trail West and I was so impressed with the personal approach to dental care and the open dialogue with Dr Gould. No other dentist has talked to me like he did today about what was going on with my dental situation. Everyone in the office was phenomenal and so open to helping me. I can't thank them enough and recommend them for their professionalism and their genuine compassion for people! They took the time to treat me like a real patient rather than just a number. Can't say enough good things about them 🙏

Dr. Gould and his staff, especially Stacey did an amazing job. Their care and attention to detail was superb. I shared with them that I have had bad detal experiences in the past. But I will definitely be a regular at this office from now on. Great work by the entire office staff.

I have never been to a dentist where I felt comfortable. They take their time with you and they DONT make you feel like just a number. I am so thankful for finding this dentistry.

I was terrified!I'm 76 yrs.old and have not been to the Dentist in 7+ yrs.Debbie was great,I felt like I was talking to one of my kids. Such an easy person to talk to.After she did all my x-rays Dr.Gould came in checked my teeth out,so friendly.My daughter recommended Dr.Gould to me and before I even left the parking lot I called and recommended him to my cousin.
