Rocky Creek Dental Care - Greenville

I have been a patient of Rocky Care Dental for about seven years, and truly cannot say enough good things about this practice. The entire staff is professional, polite, and welcoming. Dr. Elliot is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. He is kind, knowledgeable, truly listens to my concerns, and considerate. I am deeply appreciative and thankful for the outstanding care they provide.

Wonderful while you are in the office, but god forbid you have an issue after they have worked on you. You will be referred out while you are in so much pain you can’t eat, having to wait for an appointment from a specialist you didn’t even need. I told the assistant the day I had my fillings that my bite felt off, she told me it wasn’t. Dr. Elliot told me if I had issues to call and he would have me come back so he could check on it. Called back, and they referred me out with no other options. Did not need a root canal so I got a 2nd opinion and guess what?? My bite was too high! 10 second fix but they left me in pain for 2+ weeks waiting for a specialist. Also, billing practices are shady. I am double covered and never owe anything anywhere else - in fact get a credit from insurance overpayment. I called and requested a refund since my secondary picked up the cost and said my responsibility was $0. Since then, I have been misled and they have resubmitted this to my insurance 2 additional times in an attempt to bleed me dry. I have been speaking with Terra have been patient with them even though she does not return calls as she says she will, is not very honest and so now I have sent them an email on 07/17/2025 with the new eob from my secondary that still says my responsibility is $0. But I have not gotten a response at all. They have given me a partial refund, which does not reflect what my insurance is saying based on their contract. I have held off on leaving this review giving them time to the the right thing however, that’s not the case. I have never had anything like this happen. Incredibly disappointed because I wanted to be established at this office because of their great reviews. I have had a much better experience with the dentist who took the 5 minutes to listen to my concerns and fix my bite.

Everyone is very nice. Scheduling is easy, and I can tell the clinicians really care about my oral health. They're not overly commercial or always trying to upsell products. The docs are thorough and thoughtful. It's a very comfortable atmosphere.

The ladies at Rocky Creek are amazing. I didn't realize I showed up an hour early for our appointment and they moved a few things around and saw both of my kids before our actual appointment time ever happened. They are they kindest, most patient people and they never once made me feel bad for my mistake. They are truly one of a kind.
