Great communication and very nice office. Dr Carraway works hard to provide a good experience for any clients. I had issues with insurance billing and inaccurate reflections of what insurance would pay, and Dr Carraway communicated, fixed the issue, and ensured that the systems for running insurance have been updated and provide a more accurate description/cost. Insurance can be a pain, I work in a pharmacy so I understand that sometimes it’s not the office or the patients fault when a miscommunication occurs, but it shows character for this office to have such great communication, answers, and remedies to ensure a pleasurable experience.

I'm HERE TO TELL YOU DR CARRAWAY IS THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE HE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. COVE dental rocks literally in both offices in Greer and in his Easley office. I love everyone in both offices. Dee is new up front and she is amazing as well, so is Leanne in the back she's amazing as well. I miss Jordin and will be happy when she comes back as well. I don't know all of your names but again this is one AMASSING DR and OFFICES it is so clean it's unreal as well. God bless YOU DR CARRAWAY AND YOUR FAMILY ALWAYS. Very professional great personality service is top tier clean and let’s not forget about the customer service and skills dental assistant LeAnn was amazing and of course Dr. Carraway was so nice and professional and got me out of the office in a timely manner. Dr. Caraway and his dedicated staff make me feel like a cherished patient. Among them, LeAnn E. stands out as my favorite. She goes above and beyond to ensure I comprehend the procedures and feel confident in my decisions. Every visit feels like a friendly gathering, and she’s an exceptional assistant and human being. Her knowledge of the work being done is impressive, and her helpfulness when assisting the doctor is evident. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but she simply makes me feel comforted. That’s a significant factor for me. Cove Dental is more than just a dentist office; it’s a place where I feel at ease and relaxed. Even during the procedures, Dr. Caraway checks in with me every few minutes to ensure my comfort. He’s also incredibly flexible and has adapted my treatment plan multiple times over the years due to my inability to adhere to the original schedule. They make every effort to accommodate me when possible and are always delighted to see me when I arrive. I highly recommend Cove Dental to anyone looking for a dentist. They have a location in Easley as well. They are very affordable compared to dentist in Greenville and surrounding towns. You won’t be sorry you switched to Cove Dental and Doctor Caraway!

Amazing workers and care. Karen did my deep cleaning today and she did amazing work. Painless, quick, and informative. Setting up and appointment was easy, didn't even realize it was Dr. Adam on the phone! Everyone seems happy to work there and I'm happy to be a patient.
