Reedy River Dentistry is an outstanding team. They treat the customer (and each other) with professionalism, excellence, and kindness. They are punctual and efficient. They start on time, and everyone from the desk to the chair knows exactly what they are doing. They go the extra mile to greet you by name and make you feel valued. The facilities are also very clean and welcoming. I cannot think of an area that could use improvement. 5/5 would recommend!

I went to Reedy River yesterday to have a tooth removed that was bothering me. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and was extremely nervous but the whole office made sure I was comfortable and definitely let me know I was in good hands! I was well took care of, had my tooth removed fairly quickly, and was very pleased. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this office since I left! Thank you all for being so kind and helpful. Huge shout out to Dr. Hicklin you the GOAT!!! Thank you Mrs. Faith, and Mrs. Leah for being sweet and compassionate!!!!

Dr. Hicklin is fantastic. His entire staff is equally as great. They are kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and people you will immediately feel comfortable with. They have cared for my wife's, three young children's and my dental needs for years. My kids love getting to go to the dentist...Can't ask for much better than that. I highly recommend Reedy River Dentistry.

Reedy River Dentistry is “Family”. I feel very fortunate that my daughter recommended Dr Hicklin 13 years ago when I moved to Greenville. The staff is phenomenal. Leah, Office Manage, shoutout to you. Leah is very professional, responsive, and caring. Abigail, Dental Hygenist, has been with me since she joined the practice 9 years+ ago. The consistency is everything. She knows my teeth and picks right up where we left off the previous 6 months. Faith. Dental Assistant, just met her my last appointment with Dr Hicklin. She is very professional and warm/caring. Faith could be a grandchild. Dr Hicklin, can’t say enough good things about him. He is all the above doubled. Dr Hicklin referred me to my primary care physician when I unfortunately was forced to seek another doctor. Not easy for someone over age 65. You’ll receive excellent care while gaining an extended family.

Moved to area and needed a new dentist. I definitely hit the jackpot. The staff was awesome. The Receptionist was super helpful with checking in. My dental hygienist, Erin, was awesome. She was very thorough and explained everything throughout my cleaning. Dr. Hicklin was super nice and recommended some needed things. I definitely found my dentist. Highly recommend.
