I've been to quite a few dentists in my life, but none with such impeccable work and outgoing staff. This isn't just dentistry, this is a family that puts in work to provide you the very best service, with clear intention, flexible payment, financing options, and a staff willing to sit down and help you understand it. I can't imagine myself going anywhere else ever again. Honestly. Each member of this staff is individually amazing and talented. Every single person works a crucial job and the work is executed with passion and love for the work and togetherness in communication as a family. I've never felt this comfortable in a dentists office, and I've never made this much progress solving problems so quickly anywhere else. This is coming from an old guy that has ship wreckage left for teeth. I'm overcoming obstacles now that forever felt hopeless. Previous dentistry relationships itemized each step in a way that were confusing and misleading, that priced me out of acheivable solutions and left me with undesirable outcomes shortly afterwards. Here, with meticulous staff guidance, I was able to build a long term plan, understanding my insurance's role, and the bottom line out of pocket, with steps that make progress to achievement that feels affordable and attainable in completion. I can't possibly praise the work of this family of staff and friends enough. You've taken someone who doesn't communicate well or trust service, and you've listened, understood and helped me understand in a way that has given my heart warmth, and my mouth, head and wallet peace. Dr. Anna Goldston and her staff provided the best dental care I have ever experienced. Check-in, cleaning, and explanation of follow-on care were professional and thorough. Most impressive was how much the staff enjoyed their work and actively engaged each patient. They ensure your comfort and satisfaction with every visit. Their professionalism remained consistent throughout five appointments (a cleaning, two crowns, four fillings). Everyone did a wonderful job taking care of my mother when she broke her tooth. Dr. Goldston went out of her way to take care of my mother as quickly as possible. The staff and doctor are professional, empathetic, and kind.
