Rachel is seriously the nicest person you will ever meet! She immediately addressed my list of hesitations and questions, putting me right at ease. Her energy is contagious, but her space and the treatments are so relaxing. Each treatment is completely customized to your desires, and the results are amazing. I was very worried about sensitivity, and achy teeth, but I did very well during and after the treatment. (I did take 2 Advil before we started.) I just had my teeth whitened at the Smile Spa. Rachel was excellent from the minute I walked in. The spa was very clean and decorated beautifully. Rachel explained the process thoroughly and it went down exactly as she had explained. She checked every 15 minutes on my comfort. I believe the whitening experience was successful and plan to follow up in three months for a touch up. I would recommend giving it a try if you want your pearly whites a little brighter!
