Paragon Knoxville Infusion Center

I have been going to the Knoxville office weekly for over two years. I can't express to the staff how thankful I am for their dedication to their patients. They make you feel like family from the time you enter the building until you leave. They truly care about your care and making you feel better! Thank you ladies. Amie Davis

Agree with other review. Staff is bad at handling Insurance. Asking us for a $100+ fee when we’ve met our yearly maximum family OOP deductible. Receptionist was rude. Surprisingly rude to caregiver who assists the patient needing services . No pre-visit explanations were given and was told “you cannot be in here”. Had to wait in hot car. 11:00 6/13/24 if patient population is at risk then receptionist should ALSO be separate from patients and not 4’ from IVs without PPE. Two IV chairs are “in the lobby”

Words can not express my gratitude for this center! When I started visiting my MS had truly taken over my life. With the help of this team I’m feeling better and I actually look forward to treatment! They are friendly, patient, and so very professional! They always make sure to go their extra mile for their people! Thanks again Paragon for Knoxville for all that you do!

These girls are great!!! Leslie and Jennifer have been taking care of my mama and doing her infusions for a good minute now and I gotta say, they couldn’t have picked two better nurses period!! We love our nurses! I salute you ladies 🙌🏻🙌🏻🤜🤜❤️❤️🤟🤟

The women that work here are extremely unprofessional and rude. Off the bat it was terrible coming into here because the receptionist neglected to inform me that I couldn’t have someone there with me so my support person had to drive me 30 minutes to get there only to find out they couldn’t come in. That should’ve been told to me over the phone prior to coming and it wasn’t. When I started my infusion that went fine at first, then I noticed once the crowd of patients became sparse, the PA and nurses there started gossiping about the patients that left. At first I thought they might be gossiping about people in their lives, but I quickly found out it was about patients because they were saying things along the lines of complaining about how difficult some of the older folks are because they don’t like getting stuck, a woman talking to loud while getting an infusion, and complaining about general patient behavior. I was SHOCKED. I couldn’t believe they would do that so openly like that. At certain points they tried to whisper, but I was close enough that I could hear them. The employees were acting like a bunch of kids from high school and their conduct needs to be looked into.
