IVX Health Infusion Center

I have been getting my infusions at the Farragut clinic for about a year now. It is always a great experience there . The staff is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and always friendly and welcoming makes sure you’re comfortable during the visit. The rooms are always clean and the chairs are very comfortable and recline and they have large TVs to watch while you are there. Pillows and blankets are there for you to make the experience feel comfortable also have drinks and snacks for you. Definitely a 5 star 🌟 experience.

Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcome! The nurse was awesome and worked with me since I had had these many times before she was able to increase the flow faster which made it go a little faster!!

I absolutely love this place. The staff makes you feel like family. Chris, has gone above and beyond to help me get my infusions on time. I honestly can’t say enough great things about IVX!

I was extremely excited for my first appointment here as I was getting an injection that could seriously change my quality of life! I had never been so excited to get a shot in my lifetime. But instead of getting to be happy and celebrate how long I’ve waited to try this medication I spent my entire appointment shaking with anxiety as the operations director Dawn argued with me about my service dog. I have a professionally trained service dog who helps me with my mobility and medical episodes. He’s been to surgeries with me, on planes , buses etc. he’s done it all and he doesn’t bother anyone. Dawn was requesting a certificate showing he’s a service dog. According to ADA law those are not a thing in America. But you can buy them from scam websites to fake a service dog. I had her pull up ADA law and she couldn’t find anywhere to prove that it’s legal. I offered to tell her his trainers names and what he does and she instead told me she does not have to follow the federal laws because it’s not a public place. I confirmed it’s a medical setting so she has to follow the ADA law for hospitals. She talked down to me like I’m a child when she doesn’t even know her own basic disability laws when operating a medical clinic. It was laughable. She said I can still come back cause she “registered” my dog with the clinic. That’s not a thing, she just made a note of him on my account. Thanks for ruining my experience with this new medication and reminding me that disabled people are STILL not treated as equal. And when you let in a fake service dog because they have a fake certificate, I seriously hope they don’t harm your staff or patients all because you chose to stay ignorant.

As always, IVX does a great job getting you in and out the door. Staff is super knowledgeable and perform their task with efficiency. Have NO complaints and do not expect any in the future.
