TwelveStone Infusion Center Knoxville

Was nervous about starting my infusion but they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff is AMAZING from the front desk to everyone. You cant ask for more compassionate and kind people. Everyone one there is so friendly and very knowledgeable at what they do. I want to give a shout out to all the staff that take care of me and to Sydney who was awesome at my last visit. This place is an example of what excellent health care should be. Thank you all for what you do and for taking care of me!!

They were very professional and accommodating. I was very pleased with how they handled my first experience with the injection. They covered all the necessary points and procedures involved, answered all my questions and were very efficient in doing so. The approval process by the whole organization on their part was also very prompt and efficient except that I had difficulty in being able to respond to their application questionnaire with my digital resources. That, however, was easily resolved at my initial visit.

The staff and nurses are all so kind and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable. They are definitely caring and look to meet your needs. I was also so glad to see the message board back. It definitely adds a personal and caring touch. It always makes me smile.

They definitely put the patient and his/her feelings first and at a top priority. I would recommend TwelveStone highly to anyone seeking there services. Definitely five stars!

Everyone in this office was so kind and welcoming. The nurses and staff were very professional and explained everything I needed to know to make my experience a wonderful and positive one!!! It’s very comforting knowing that I will see friendly faces for the next 11 months, as I come in for my monthly injections.
